Terms of Service for Dallas Pro Services

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Dallas Pro Services, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." By engaging in our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides landscaping, irrigation, xeriscaping, tree removal, and construction services for residential and commercial properties. The specific details of the services to be rendered will be outlined in the corresponding project contract.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, progress payments, and final payments, will be detailed in the project contract. Late fees and interest may apply to overdue payments.

4. Project Changes and Delays

Any changes to the scope of the project requested by the Client may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost. Delays caused by factors beyond the Company's control, such as weather or unforeseen circumstances, will be communicated promptly.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

The Company provides a warranty on services rendered. Details of the warranty will be specified in the project contract. The warranty does not cover damages caused by neglect, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide necessary access to the property and cooperate with the Company to facilitate the timely completion of the project. Any hindrance caused by the Client may result in additional charges.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material provision of these terms. Termination terms and conditions will be detailed in the project contract.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of the project.
